Biography:
Dr. Donoso Pena is a board certified Internal Medicine physician with a specialty in Geriatrics. She graduated from medical school at the Universidad Catolica de Santiago de Guayaquil in Ecuador. Dr. Donoso Pena completed her residency training in Internal Medicine at St Peter's University Hospital/Drexel University School of Medicine in New Brunswick, New Jersey. After completing her residency, she was offered the Chief Resident position. Dr. Donoso Pena then moved to Boston, Massachusetts, where she completed her fellowship in Geriatric Medicine at Massachussetts General Hospital/Harvard University School of Medicine. During her geriatrics fellowship training, Dr. Donoso Pena was awarded the Bloomberg Foundation "Fellow of the Year" award. Dr. Donoso Pena speaks Spanish fluently. She enjoys reading, movies, theater, live concerts and outdoor activities with her husband and two children.
