Tanya Morgan:
Tanya is so helpful. She is so wonderful in calling you back to work with your patient needs. She is so positive and makes you feel very comfortable when see her at the clinic. She deeply cares about each of her patients. Tanya’s behind the scenes and is so valuable when the patient sees the doctor.
Kim Smelser:
Kim is always willing to help when called upon. Had an elder gentleman come in with a bill. He was NOT happy. She was the person available so she took him aside and talked to him and helped him get some additional resources. Another patient came in and had some insurance questions, Kim was available and answered her questions. When the patient left, I asked did you get everything taken care of? She said Kim was WONDERFUL. Lastly, Kim helped me set up a plan to pau my own bill. Is this part of her job? Yes, but she also kept me update on how much was left and when my last payment posted she let me know it was all taken care of. She didn’t have to do that but went the extra step and did. Kim does her job in a helpful, non-judgmental way. No one should ever feel bad asking for help and there have been others in their role who were NOT like this.
Meghan Shipley:
Meghan is a pleasure to be around. Always smiling, polite and a good person all around. I have known Meghan for many years as we worked together for years at the bank. She was a joy to have around and customers liked her as she was very helpful, asked questions what they needed just like at MCMH she ask what you need OR if you have any questions. Meghan was a good role model to new employees that came to work at the bank as I am sure she is one also at MCMH. Meghan is an honest trustworthy person, I could trust her when I asked her to do a task. Meghan always wanted to learn and be the best. I believe Meghan deserves the PETAL award.
Shannon Bishop:
Shannon-Thank you for always be willing to help. Thank you for being a good listener and friend. You always bring joy and laughter to the workplace. Keep being you and standing up for what you know is right.
Dick McAlpin:
Rumor has it Dick heard that a patient needed a ramp install at their home. He knew where to find one and said he would install the ramp at home for the patient. This is beyond excellence. Dick is also always willing to help where needed when needed. He helps his department teammates and so many more and does it with a smile on his face.
Savannah Fink:
Always willing to help out. Always smiling. Even helps fill last minute requests for patients after hours. Just goes above and beyond. She definitely deserves recognition for all she does.
