Biography

Chris Olsen, MSN, ARNP, AG-ACNP is an Atlantic native. Chris received a Bachelors in Liberal Arts from Central College in 2002, where he majored in exercise science and played football. In 2005, he graduated from Southwest Community College in Red Oak with his Associates in Nursing. In 2010, Chris graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan University with a Bachelors in Nursing and in 2013 he graduated with highest honors from Nebraska Wesleyan with a MSN specializing in Healthcare Administration. He graduated from Maryville University with his Certificate in Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner in 2019. Chris has worked primarily in the Intensive Care setting as a RN, as well as some administrative positions. Chris grew up in Atlantic and currently resides in Atlantic with his wife and children. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, playing guitar, and reading, especially Stephen King books.
