Biography

Jason Lihs joined the US Army National Guard in 1990, the US Air Force in 1996, and continues to serve in the US Army Reserve to this day. Jason earned his undergraduate degree from the University of South Dakota and his Bachelor's of Science from South Dakota State University. He then completed his Masters in Anesthesia at Mount Marty University. Jason currently resides in Clarinda, IA with his wife, Stacey. They have three children in college and one that will graduate from Clarinda High School in 2024. In his free time, Jason enjoys traveling, smoking and grilling, gardening, attending Husker football game and concerts, and learning how to play the ukulele. "I enjoy being a medical professional which allows me to be a lifelong learner as well as taking care of the people of Southwest, IA."
